In the autumn it’s important to keep you warm, from the outside and the inside. Soups, stews, and herbs can help you with that. A good curry powder, freshly made with ‘warming’ spices, is a good ‘must have’ in your kitchen.

I make these curry powders myself: softly roasting the selected herbs and spices, grinding them, adding curcuma,…result: a golden heart-and body-warming powder.
