As a certified Ayurvedic therapist I help people to reconnect with their body, by means of bodywork – Ayurvedic massages and food advice.

Stress related problems – both physically and mentally-, burn-out-symptoms and digestion problems are my main specialities. Next to my Ayurveda education in the School of Ayurveda in Gent and by doctors in India I followed several courses in macrobiotics, orthomoleculair medicine, shiatsu, pregnancy massage, Vipassana silent meditation and yoga.

As I’m more and more convinced about the therapeutic possibilities of yoga, I’m diving into Yoga Therapy courses and teacher trainings, since 2018. I followed the yin yoga teachter training with Joe Barnett (‘foundations’ and ‘assist’ – 2018), the Fibromyalgia Teacher Training with Jessica Roy (2018), the module Yoga Therapy for the Nervous System,  Degenerative Disease, and Pain Management, for nerve and chronic pain‘ at ‘The Yoga Therapy Institute’ in Amsterdam (2018) and I followed some workshops with Katherine Walker (yoga therapeutics for the back– 2018) and with Magnus Ringberg, James Mattingley en Alexander De Waele (2019 – foam-rolling en roll & release) , triggerpoint-therapy in The Netherlands (2020), MyoYin & Breath Teacher Training with Sabine Winkler (2020). Since 2022 I’m discovering the worls of Bodyfulness and Body Mind Centering (BMC) by following trainings by Florence Augendre and BMC Italy.

Currently I have my cabinet in Strombeek, just outside of Brussels. Next to that I regularly have a project with Brussels Mindfulness, Sampoorna yoga studio,… and I organise myofascial release and bodyfulness workshops and yin yoga classes for companies and the government.

I am a Dutch-speaking Belgian, living in Strombeek. Next to my work and family life I like to run, to spend time in nature or in a vibrant city, to read or to go for yoga, silence and meditation.
