For whom?
This retreat is open to both beginners and experienced meditators. It is trauma-sensitive, but we recommend that participants be in relative good mental health when joining. If you have concerns, please contact the teacher prior to registering.

The venue- a haven of peace
Held at the tranquil Maison du Chemin des Roches in Dongelberg, Wallonia, the retreat offers a peaceful environment surrounded by fields and woods. The venue provides the perfect space to reconnect with nature and nurture your well-being. Accommodation is simple yet comfortable with shared bathrooms, and our cook prepares wholesome, vegetarian meals daily.
Carpooling will be coordinated a week prior to the retreat.
Rejuvenation through wholesome food
We believe that true rejuvenation comes from nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. Our in-house cook prepares fresh, wholesome vegetarian food daily, free from meat products, sugars, and processed foods. Menus are seasonally inspired, with lighter raw dishes in summer and heartier soups and cooked meals in winter. Note: We can only accommodate lactose- and gluten-free diets; please bring your own food if you have other dietary requirements.

Meet your teachers
Senior mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity teacher Beate Trück
Beate Trück is a certified and experienced mindfulness (MBSR) and positive neuroplasticity teacher, authorised by Dr. Rick Hanson, She is also trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness and internal family system. She has led many retreats for an international audience over the past years and is also responsible for the mindfulness teacher training at Brussels Mindfulness. Participants like her warm and personalised teaching and many come back on a regular basis.
Ayurvedic massage therapist and yin yoga teacher Katrien Maes
Katrien Maes is an experienced Ayurvedic therapist and yin yoga teacher with over 20 years of expertise in body-centered practices. For many years, she has offered massage and body-based sessions at Brussels Mindfulness, where clients are continually impressed by the therapeutic and restorative effects of her work.

Full Fee (3 nights/4 days): €849 incl. VAT
