La Maison du Pont Vieux is a stunning eighteenth century house in Cazilhac. The house is just minutes from the Cévennes – an internationally renowned biosphere reserve. It’s the house of Valérie, Walter and their 2 daughters.

Since years Valérie and I were thinking about doing a project together, yoga-Ayurveda.  And finally it will happen… in May 2018. A 8 day holiday, yoga and hiking, organized by Anders Reizen.

Valérie will host and will take care of the yoga lessons, a local guide will take care of the daily walks through the Cévennes,  and I will take care of the food and the ayurvedic treatments.
