1. Myofascial Release Workshop for Office Workers

The workshop focuses on myofascial release therapy, targeting the connective tissue that supports muscles. Participants will engage in stretching exercises, including Yin Yoga, and self-massage techniques using a tennis ball. Comprehensive hand-outs will be provided for continued practice.

2. Yin Yoga Classes (Online, On-Site, Hybrid)
Experience the benefits of Yin Yoga through a series of classes focused on deep stretching and relaxation. Each session is designed to enhance flexibility and alleviate tension, especially beneficial for those with sedentary jobs.
Class Overview:
- Focus Areas: Each class targets different body parts, including upper back, neck, shoulders, legs, spine, hips, and the entire body.
- Techniques: Includes myofascial release, stretching, self-massage, relaxation techniques, and breathwork.

3. Shiatsu Chair Massage
What is a Chair Massage?
A chair massage is a quick and effective relaxation technique lasting 15-20 minutes. Performed on-site, the session involves sitting in a specially designed massage chair while the therapist targets areas of muscular tension in the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head.
Benefits of Chair Massage:
- Physical Relief: Alleviates tension from prolonged screen time and poor posture, reducing muscle soreness and repetitive strain issues.
