In this retreat you will take a deep dive into mindfulness practice in its different forms: sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, … By meditating in a group for a longer time, you can deepen your understanding of the practice. This can be a boost to motivate you to continue practicing at home and integrate it more deeply into your daily life.

There will also be free time to enjoy walks through the surrounding fields, to relax in or around the charming old monastery, or to book an Ayurvedic massage as an additional tool to restore, to get rid of emotional and/or physical tension and to align your mind with your body.

The retreat will take place in ‘Rosario‘, a former monastery in the peaceful village of Bever in the Flemish Pajottenland.
