We spend most of our days busily doing things, and this is very helpful for achieving our goals. However, it is not helpful to spend all your time in this doing mode, because it can be exhausting. It is important to learn to switch between doing/thinking/problem solving…, and being/sensing. This being mode is where we restore our strength, nourish ourselves, find space to see what really matters, and find rest.

In this retreat we will be shifting to the being mode by practicing mindfulness in its different forms: sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, mindful listening and speaking, … and there will be the opportunity to book an Ayurvedic Massage, to restore, to support the harmony between body and mind, to alleviate or remedy physical complaints,…
